SHARE Admin Application

Navigation Panel

• (INTERNAL) Embedded reports now use the corresponding IDs from the new AWS Quicksight dashboard reports.
• Report names in sidebar navigation have been updated to more accurately reflect the data displayed in each report.
• Report names now clearly indicate whether they apply to Demand-Response (DR) or Fixed-Route (FR) operations, removing ambiguity and helping teams quickly find the data they need.

Embedded Reports

General:

• Timezone
  • All date and time data in reports now automatically adjusts to the viewer’s device timezone.
• Styling
  • Report names have been updated to better align with the data they represent.
  • Report subtitles now include descriptive text to clearly indicate what each visualization represents.
  • Table visualizations have been formatted to display additional cells, providing more detailed information.
  • Table headers have been updated to more clearly reflect the data they represent.
  • Date and time table headers have been split into separate columns to enable easier sorting.
• Filters
  • Reports now default to a 30-day filter.
  • Filter names have been updated to clearly reflect the data they control.
  • Rider name filters have been added to reports containing rider-specific data.

Report-Specific:

• Pickup & Drop-off has been renamed to DR | Trip Details
  • New filters: Pickup OTP Status and Drop-Off OTP Status
  • New Supporting visuals:
    • Graphs: Trip Status by Date

      • Average Drop-Off Deviation

• Churning Riders has been renamed to DR | Churning Riders
  • Definition update: Total riders who completed a ride between the selected days, but did not complete a ride in the last 30 days. To be categorized as a churning rider, a rider must have completed a minimum of two trips overall.
  • New filters: Number of Days Since Last Completed Trip
  • New columns:
    • Added new rider-related data columns to help clearly identify the churning rider.
    • Added a “Days Since Last Completed Trip” column to help identify riders at higher risk of churn.
  • New Supporting Visuals:
    • Graphs: Average Trip Rating by Driver Name
    • KPIs: Total Churning Riders
• Cash Collection has been renamed to DR | Fare Payment
  • New columns:
    • Added multiple new columns to provide a detailed breakdown of total trip costs on a per-trip basis.
• Route Revenue has been renamed to DR | Route Revenue
  • New filters: Vehicle Name
• Labor has been renamed to DR | Driver Labor

• Fixed Route Riders has been updated to FR | Trip Details
  • Definition update:
    • Now only includes data for completed trips.
    • Removed in-progress trips from the dataset.
