Platform Release Notes

A significant visual and functional update to the SHARE Admin interface, alongside the introduction of Trip Notes, a new feature allowing organizations and riders to attach notes to trip requests.

• Left navigation redesigned with collapsible headers and clearer section names across Daily Operations, Setup and Configuration, and Reports.
• Trip Notes introduced: add notes to new or existing trip requests from SHARE Admin or the Rider web platform. Notes are shared between organization users and riders. Mobile support coming soon.
• Dispatch Map improvements: route card zoom on expand, fixed-route cards consolidated into the main card list, refreshed styling throughout.
• DR Route Path Report: playback controls with adjustable speeds, auto-zoom to selected route, CSV download from the routes panel, and improved loading states.
• Cancel Request and Custom Route buttons now stay disabled until valid trips are selected, with guiding tooltips added.

New routing engine with materially improved optimization logic across all service models, plus several reliability and usability fixes.

• New optimization engine delivering improved routing outcomes across demand-response and fixed-route hybrid operations.
• "Add Request to Route" now succeeds when at least one trip can be added without disturbing existing assignments. Previously all-or-nothing.
• Route Path report bug fixed: recorded vehicle locations now display correctly.
